  • In addition to our MARKETING, our STAGING is the other part of what separates us from our competition. Twist Of Fate engages a complex staging process. We reorganize the entire house with all items being researched and ALL items priced.

  • Twist Of Fate NEVER charges our clients any fees up front for conducting an onsite estate sale.

  • We absorb all credit card fees - Most estate sale companies will pass these fees on to either their client or the buyers at the sale.

  • State of the art POS System – All methods of payment are accepted (cash, checks, all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, and Venmo).

  • Twist Of Fate staff are easily identifiable, friendly, and knowledgeable throughout the duration of the estate sale.

  • At the end of the sale the client is provided with a line item report that lists EVERY item that was sold with a date and time stamp. There is no guessing with how each item did at the sale.

  • After the sale, we are committed to stay as involved as the client requires or desires. We will NEVER leave our clients to figure out how to finish emptying their home of any possessions leftover after the estate sale.

  • NEW - We can now conduct ONLINE ONLY estate sales. All sales take place through our online store. The only time buyers are in the home is by appointment, and the day after the conclusion of the sale to pick up their purchased items.
