We are an Omaha Estate Sale Company serving Omaha and the surrounding communities.  Whether your own personal property or that of a loved one, dealing with a lifetime of property is a daunting task for anyone.  It can become an overwhelming burden.  Twist of Fate can step in and take over this burden and handle the entire process from preparation, marketing, and managing a multi-day sale.  Taking this burden off of you allows you to focus on other priorities. 

• NEW - We can now conduct ONLINE ONLY estate sales. All sales take place through our online store. The only time buyers are in the home is by appointment, and the day after the conclusion of the sale to pick up their purchased items.

• Consignment Services

With an emphasis on Coins, Jewelry, and Guns, Twist Of Fate will take items on consignment to sell those items in an upcoming estate sale. LEARN MORE →

• Property Clean Outs

  Empty the contents of the property while sorting items into three areas: garbage, donations, and those items that can be sold. All garbage is removed, client is provided donation receipts, and items that are sold are applied towards labor fees. LEARN MORE →

• Asset Purchasing

Sometimes, there isn't enough time to properly prepare for a successful estate sale.  When this is the case, Twist of Fate can explore the option of purchasing the assets that need to be removed from the property in a quicker fashion that an estate sale would allow for.  We will remove all of the purchased assets and leave the home in a "sale ready" state.
